    The engine block and cylinder head are made of alloy cast iron, with high strength; with an integral crankshaft, the product is subject to in-depth reliability development, ensuring the overhaul period of over 10000 hours.

    2.Energy saving
    The application of in-cylinder 3D combustion CFD technology ensures combustion and emission optimization and more adequate combustion. The HPCR system, high-performance combustion chamber, and intake swirl ensure that the fuel consumption index is far superior to that of domestic products at the same power level. Yuchai's proprietary piston ring seal technology ensures the consumption of lubricating oil is above 50% lower than that of domestic products at the same power level.

    3.Safety and comfort
    Digital intelligent local and remote monitoring instruments are equipped to monitor and protect the operation of the engine in real time; The integral cast iron fresh water cooling jacket exhaust pipe ensures lower cabin temperature and safer use.
